From White Plains Metro-North Station, take the Hudson Line train towards Grand Central Terminal. The journey takes about 33 minutes. Once you arrive at Grand Central Terminal, exit the train and follow the signs to the subway station.

At Grand Central Terminal, take the 4 or 5 subway line (green line) towards Brooklyn. Get off at the Bowling Green station (4 stops), which will take approximately 10 minutes. After exiting the subway, follow the signs towards State Street.

Once you exit the Bowling Green subway station, head northeast on State Street towards Bridge Street. Turn right onto Bridge Street and walk until you reach Liberty Street. Turn left onto Liberty Street, and you will find the Federal Reserve Bank of New York at 33 Liberty St. The walk from the station will take about 5 minutes.
