From Yonkers, you can take the Metro-North Railroad from the Yonkers Station. Board the Hudson Line train towards Grand Central Terminal. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes. You need to disembark at the Grand Central Terminal station. Once you arrive, exit the station and head to the 42nd Street shuttle (S train) to Times Square-42nd Street station. From there, transfer to the 1, 2, or 3 subway lines and take it to 34th Street-Penn Station. Walk to 7th Avenue and take the MTA Bus M5 towards Battery Park City. Get off at 59th Street and 6th Avenue. From there, walk north on 6th Avenue until you reach Central Park South. Turn left into The Mall where you will find the Women's Rights Pioneers Monument.

If you're already in Yonkers and prefer to walk, you can start at the Yonkers Public Library (located at 1500 Central Park Ave, Yonkers, NY). From the library, head north on Central Park Avenue. Continue walking straight until you reach the Cross County Shopping Center. From there, take the bus (Westchester County Bee-Line Bus #1) towards the Bronx, and get off at the White Plains Road station. Transfer to the Metro-North at the White Plains station and take the train to Grand Central Terminal, and follow the public transport instructions mentioned above.
