    From any location in the Mountain Region, get on US-221 N/US-321 N. Follow US-221 N for approximately 12 miles until you reach the junction with NC-105 S. Take the exit for NC-105 S towards Boone. After about 7 miles, turn left onto Blowing Rock Highway (US-221). Grandfather Mountain will be on your right in about 5 miles. Look for the entrance at 2050 Blowing Rock Hwy, Linville, NC 28646. Note that there is an entrance fee of $20 for adults, $18 for seniors, and $9 for children ages 4-12.
