If you are traveling by car from anywhere in the Great Black Swamp area, start by heading towards State Route 2 (SR 2). This highway runs along the northern edge of the swamp. Once on SR 2, head east. After approximately 15 miles, take exit 5 toward Huron. Merge onto Cleveland Rd E and continue for about 2.5 miles. The Old Woman Creek National Estuarine Research Reserve and State Nature Preserve will be on your left at 2514 Cleveland Rd E, Huron, OH 44839.
