From Klamath Falls, head north on US-97 N towards the town of Klamath Falls. After approximately 20 miles, take the exit for CA-161 E towards Tulelake. Continue on CA-161 E for about 22 miles until you reach the intersection with Hill Rd. Turn right onto Hill Rd and continue for about 1 mile. The Tule Lake National Wildlife Refuge will be on your left at 4009 Hill Rd, Tulelake, CA 96134.
