If you are driving from Skardu, head southwest on the Skardu-Kharmang Road (also known as the Manthokha Waterfall Road) for approximately 50 kilometers. The journey will take about 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on road conditions. Follow the signs to Manthokha Waterfall Resort. Keep an eye out for the Manthokha Waterfall sign on the left side of the road as you approach the area. Once you reach the resort area, you will find parking available for visitors.

To reach Manthokha Waterfall Resort using public transportation, start from Skardu city. Take a shared jeep (often referred to as a 'suzuki') from the Skardu bus stand to Kharmang. The fare is typically around PKR 300-500 per person. The ride will take approximately 1-1.5 hours. Upon reaching Kharmang, you can either take another local taxi for about PKR 200-300 directly to the Manthokha Waterfall Resort or, if you prefer a walk, it is about 5 kilometers from the Kharmang bazaar to the resort, which will take around 1 hour on foot.
