If you are driving, start from Panama City. Head towards the Cinta Costera, following signs for Balboa Avenue. Continue on Balboa Avenue until you reach the intersection with Calle 3a. Turn right onto Calle 3a and follow it until it leads you to Avenida de los Mártires. Keep straight and follow the signs to Amador Causeway. Once on Amador Causeway, continue until you reach the end where you'll find the entrance to Centro Natural Punta Culebra. There is parking available on-site. Please note that there is no entrance fee for the nature center, but donations are appreciated.

To reach Centro Natural Punta Culebra using public transportation, go to the Albrook Bus Terminal in Panama City. From there, take a bus to Amador Causeway.
