Getting There

• Car

  From the Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area, take Route 80 West towards Stroudsburg. Continue for about 10 miles until you reach the exit for Route 33 South. Merge onto Route 33 South and continue for approximately 16 miles. Take the exit for Easton and merge onto Route 22 East. Follow Route 22 East for about 5 miles, then take the exit for 8th Street. Follow the signs to 8th Street, which will lead you to Hugh Moore Park Road. Turn left onto Hugh Moore Park Road and the Delaware & Lehigh National Heritage Corridor will be on your right at 2750 Hugh Moore Park Rd, Easton, PA 18042.

• Public Transportation

  From the Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area, you can take a bus from the nearest major transit hub in Stroudsburg. Board a Martz Trailways bus heading to Easton, PA. The journey takes approximately 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive in Easton, you can take a local bus (LANTA) or a rideshare service like Uber or Lyft to get to 2750 Hugh Moore Park Rd, Easton, PA 18042. Make sure to check the LANTA schedule for bus times, as they may vary throughout the day.

• Biking

  If you're feeling adventurous, you can bike to the Delaware & Lehigh National Heritage Corridor. Start at the Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area and take the scenic D&L Trail. This might take longer, approximately 1.5 to 2 hours depending on your biking speed. Follow the trail markers that lead towards Easton. The trail will take you through beautiful landscapes, and you will pass several historical sites along the way. Make sure to carry water and snacks, as there may not be many stopping points along the trail.
