    If you're driving from Harrisburg, PA, take I-83 South towards Baltimore. Merge onto US-15 South towards Gettysburg. Continue on US-15 South for approximately 30 miles. Take the exit for PA-97 South toward Gettysburg. Follow PA-97 South which will lead you straight into Gettysburg. Once you reach the traffic circle, take the first exit onto Baltimore Pike. The Gettysburg National Military Park Museum & Visitor Center will be on your right at 1195 Baltimore Pike. Parking is available on-site, and it is free.

  • Public Transportation

    From Harrisburg, you can take the Rabbittransit bus service (Route 90) to Gettysburg. The bus departs from the Harrisburg Transportation Center. Upon arriving in Gettysburg, you'll need to walk approximately 1.5 miles to reach the Museum & Visitor Center. Head southeast on York St, then turn left onto Baltimore Pike. Follow Baltimore Pike for about 1.5 miles, and you will see the Museum & Visitor Center on your left at 1195 Baltimore Pike. Please check the Rabbittransit schedule for exact times and fares.

    If you're coming from Lancaster, take US-30 West towards Gettysburg. Continue on US-30 until you reach Gettysburg. Once in Gettysburg, follow the signs to the traffic circle and take the second exit onto Baltimore Pike. The Museum & Visitor Center will be on your right at 1195 Baltimore Pike. There is free parking available for visitors.

    From York, PA, take I-83 South and then merge onto US-30 West. Follow US-30 until you arrive in Gettysburg. At the traffic circle, take the second exit onto Baltimore Pike.
