From Harrisburg, take I-78 E towards Allentown. Merge onto I-476 N (the Pennsylvania Turnpike) and take exit 56 toward Mahoning Valley. Continue on PA-145 N and follow signs for Schnecksville. Turn right onto Game Preserve Rd. Lehigh Valley Zoo will be on your left at 5150 Game Preserve Rd, Schnecksville, PA 18078. Parking is available on-site, typically free of charge.

If coming from Lancaster, take US-222 N to I-78 E toward Allentown. Follow the same directions as from Harrisburg from that point onward. The zoo is approximately 50 minutes away from Lancaster by car.

To reach Lehigh Valley Zoo via public transportation, start by taking the Greyhound bus to Allentown Bus Station. From there, you can catch a local bus (LANTA Route 322) towards Schnecksville. Ensure to check the bus schedule in advance, as services may be limited. Once you arrive at a stop closest to Game Preserve Rd, you may need to walk approximately 1 mile to reach the zoo.

From Bethlehem, take PA-378 N. Merge onto I-78 W and then take exit 56 towards Mahoning Valley. Follow PA-145 N, turn right onto Game Preserve Rd, and the zoo will be on your left. The drive is about 30 minutes, depending on traffic.
