If you're in the main area of Tagaytay (near the rotonda), find a tricycle terminal where you can catch a ride. Inform the driver that you want to go to the 'Archdiocesan Shrine of Our Lady of Caysasay' in Agoncillo. The ride will take approximately 30-40 minutes. The tricycle will take you along the Taal - Tagaytay Road, and you can ask the driver to drop you off right at the entrance of the shrine.

From the main Tagaytay City Market, look for jeepneys heading towards 'Balay Ni Mayang'. Board the jeepney and pay the fare. You will need to tell the driver you are going to the 'Archdiocesan Shrine of Our Lady of Caysasay.' Once you reach the vicinity, you may need to walk a little or catch a tricycle for the last leg of the journey, as the shrine is located a few minutes' walk from the main road.
