Getting There

• Car

  If you're traveling by car, head towards Gdańsk city center. From the A1 motorway, take the exit towards Gdańsk and follow the signs for the city center. Once you reach the vicinity of the Old Town, look for Targ Węglowy. There is limited parking available around the market area, so be prepared to park in a nearby lot and walk to the location.   To reach Gdańsk by train, purchase a ticket from your current location to Gdańsk Główny station. From there, it’s a short 15-minute walk to Jarmark Bożonarodzeniowy. Exit the station and head towards the main street (ul. Długa) and continue straight until you reach Targ Węglowy. Make sure to check the train schedules in advance, as they can vary.

From there, it's a 5-minute walk to Targ Węglowy. Tickets for trams can be bought at machines located at tram stops, typically costing around 3 PLN for a single journey.
