From Zegrze Reservoir, start by heading south on local roads towards the town of Zegrze. Merge onto DK61 road heading towards Warsaw. Continue on DK61 for approximately 20 km. As you approach Warsaw, follow signs for S8 towards Wrocław. Take the exit towards Al. Jana Pawła II and continue onto Al. Jana Pawła II. Then, turn right onto ul. Hozjusza. The church will be on your left at Kardynała Stanisława Hozjusza 2, 05-077 Warszawa. Parking is available nearby but may incur a fee depending on the time of day.

From the Zegrze Reservoir area, take a local bus (line 705) to the nearest train station, which is in Legionowo. From Legionowo, board a train heading towards Warsaw Gdańska station. From there, you can either walk approximately 20 minutes or take bus line 180 towards Żoliborz, getting off at the 'Hozjusza' stop, which is right in front of the church located at Kardynała Stanisława Hozjusza 2.
