If you are near the city center, take the Metro from 'São Bento' station. Board the Line D (Yellow Line) towards 'Hospital de São João'. Get off at 'Jardim do Morro' station. From there, exit the station and walk downhill towards the river. Follow the path along the riverbank until you reach Rua do Choupelo. The museum will be on your right.

Find the nearest bus stop and take bus number 901 or 902. Both buses head towards Vila Nova de Gaia. Get off at the 'Cais de Gaia' stop. From there, walk up Rua do Choupelo, which is about a 10-minute walk uphill. The museum is located at the end of the street on your left.

Walking
If you are staying in Porto and want to walk, head towards the Dom Luís I Bridge. Cross the bridge on the upper level, which offers a stunning view of the Douro River. After crossing, descend the stairs on the Gaia side and follow the signs to Rua do Choupelo. The museum is about a 15-minute walk from the bridge.
