    From the East Coast Park area, head towards the nearest bus stop. You can find the bus stop along East Coast Parkway (ECP). Board the bus number 36 or 197, which heads towards the Pasir Panjang Terminal. After about 20-25 minutes, get off at the 'HarbourFront' MRT Station. Once you arrive at HarbourFront, follow the signs to the Sentosa Express monorail station located on the 3rd floor of the VivoCity shopping mall. Purchase a ticket for the Sentosa Express. Take the monorail to 'Imbiah Lookout' station. Upon exiting the station, follow the signs towards the Sentosa Merlion. It will be a short 5-minute walk from the monorail station.
