Take the East West Line (Green Line) from any MRT station towards Pasir Ris. Change trains at Tanah Merah Station to the Changi Airport MRT Line if you're coming from the city center. Continue to the end of the line at the Changi Airport station. From there, take Bus No. 89 to Siloso Point. Get off at the Siloso Point Bus Terminal, and you will see iFly Singapore right at the end of Siloso Beach Walk.

If you are near VivoCity, locate the Sentosa Express monorail station on the third level. Purchase a ticket and board the train heading towards Sentosa Island. Get off at the Siloso Point station.
