From the Cape Town City Centre, head to the Civic Centre Bus Station. Take the MyCiTi bus route A01 (from the Civic Centre to Hout Bay). This bus will take you along the scenic route along the coast. Get off at the Noordhoek Farm Village stop. From there, you can either walk or take a short taxi ride to Beach Road. The Wreck of the Kakapo is located along the beach path, approximately a 15-minute walk from the bus stop. Follow the signs towards the beach, and you will see the remains of the shipwreck.

If you are already in the Noordhoek area, you can simply walk to the beach. From the Noordhoek Farm Village, head towards Noordhoek Beach. Walk straight down Noordhoek Main Road until you reach Beach Road. Turn left onto Beach Road, and continue walking until you reach the beach area. The Wreck of the Kakapo is visible from the beach, so you can enjoy a stroll while taking in the beautiful scenery.
