Then, turn left onto NC-18 S, which will lead you directly toward Traphill. After approximately 10 miles, turn right onto Brinegar Cabin Road, which will take you to the cabin's parking area. The cabin is located within Doughton Park, so ensure you have a valid parking pass if required. Note: There may be a small parking fee, typically around $5 for a day pass. Follow the signs to Brinegar Cabin from the parking area.
