Car
If you're driving from the center of Edisto Island, start on Edisto Beach Drive and head north. You'll merge onto SC-174 N. Continue on SC-174 N until you reach the fork, and take the left exit to merge onto US-17 N toward Charleston. Stay on US-17 N for about 40 miles. As you approach Charleston, follow the signs for US-26 E. Merge onto I-26 E and continue until you reach Exit 219A for US-17 N. Follow US-17 N, and then take a left onto Concord Street. Aquarium Wharf will be on your left at 360 Concord St. Look for the Schooner Pride dock.

From Edisto Island, you can take a local bus or shuttle service to Charleston. Check the local transportation schedules for a ride to Charleston. Once you arrive at the Charleston bus terminal, you can either take a taxi or rideshare service to Aquarium Wharf at 360 Concord St. If you prefer walking, it’s about a 15-minute walk from the bus terminal to Aquarium Wharf. Simply head down to East Bay Street and walk towards the waterfront, then turn left on Concord Street.
