If you are driving from Folly Beach, start by heading northwest on E Ashley Ave toward Folly Rd. Continue on Folly Rd for about 7 miles until you reach the intersection with US-17 N. Merge onto US-17 N and continue for approximately 8 miles. Take the exit for Lockwood Blvd toward the downtown area. Continue on Lockwood Blvd until you reach Calhoun St. Turn left onto Calhoun St, and then take another left onto Charlotte St. The Charlotte Street Park Irish Memorial will be on your left at 1 Charlotte St.
