If you're traveling by car from the center of Francis Marion National Forest, head southwest on SC-402 W. Continue on SC-402 W until you reach US-17 S. Merge onto US-17 S and follow the signs for Charleston. Once you reach Charleston, take the exit toward Lockwood Blvd. Continue on Lockwood Blvd until you reach Broad St. Turn left onto Broad St, then right onto East Bay St. Finally, turn left onto Wharfside St, and you will find Charleston Harbor Tours at 10 Wharfside St.

To reach Charleston Harbor Tours via public transportation, start by taking a shuttle or taxi from your location in Francis Marion National Forest to the nearest bus station that connects to Charleston. Once you reach Charleston, you can take the CARTA bus service (Route 10 or Route 20) toward the Charleston Historic District.
