If you're driving from the Francis Marion National Forest, start by heading south on SC-51 towards SC-642. Turn right onto SC-642 and continue for about 7 miles until you reach US-17. Merge onto US-17 South and follow it for approximately 15 miles. When you approach Charleston, take the exit toward Broad St. Continue on Broad St until you reach East Bay St. Turn left onto East Bay St, then take a right onto Market St. Finally, turn left onto Wharfside St, and Sandlapper Water Tours will be on your right at 10 Wharfside St, Charleston, SC 29401.

From the Francis Marion National Forest, you can take a local taxi or rideshare service to the nearest bus station, such as the North Charleston Transit Center.
