Take the exit for SC-174 towards Edisto Island. Continue on SC-174 for about 10 miles until you reach Botany Bay Road. Turn left onto Botany Bay Road and follow it for approximately 3 miles until you reach the entrance to Botany Bay Heritage Preserve/Wildlife Management Area. There is no entrance fee to access the preserve.
