From downtown Spartanburg, head southeast on E Main St toward S Church St. Continue for about 0.6 miles until you reach the intersection with E Daniel Morgan Ave. Turn left onto E Daniel Morgan Ave and walk for another 0.3 miles until you reach the intersection with S Pine St. Turn right onto S Pine St. After about 0.5 miles, you will see signs for the Greenville Health System Swamp Rabbit Trail on your left. Follow the signs to access the trail.

If you're near the downtown area, you can rent a bike from one of the local bike-sharing programs. Start at the Main Street Plaza and cycle southeast along E Main St for about 0.6 miles. When you reach the intersection with E Daniel Morgan Ave, turn left and continue for another 0.3 miles. Then, turn right onto S Pine St and bike for about 0.5 miles, where you'll find the entrance to the Greenville Health System Swamp Rabbit Trail on your left.
