If you are driving, start from Jeju City. Take Route 113 towards Seogwipo. Follow the signs for Seogwipo and merge onto Route 5. Continue on Route 5 for about 30 kilometers. As you approach Seogwipo, keep an eye out for the signs directing you to the harbor area. Once in Seogwipo, turn left onto Namseongjung-ro, and you will find Saeseom Island Saeyeongyo Bridge at 40 Namseongjung-ro.

To reach Saeseom Island Saeyeongyo Bridge using public transportation, take a bus from Jeju City Bus Terminal. You can catch Bus 600, which goes directly to Seogwipo. The journey will take approximately 1 hour. Once you arrive at Seogwipo, get off at the Seogwipo Intercity Bus Terminal. From there, you can either walk (about 15 minutes) or take a local taxi to Namseongjung-ro. The bridge is located at 40 Namseongjung-ro, and you should see signs directing you once you are close.
