Walking
If you are starting from the main Plaza de San Juan de Dios, walk towards the north along Calle José del Castillo. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Calle Hospital de Mujeres. Turn right onto Calle Hospital de Mujeres, and follow it until you reach the Plaza del Cabildo. The Mirador Plaza del Cabildo will be located at the end of this plaza. Look for the observation deck area where you can enjoy the panoramic views of Cádiz.

From the Cádiz Cathedral, head southwest on Calle de la Palma towards Plaza de la Catedral. Continue straight on to Calle San Juan de Dios and then make a left onto Calle José del Castillo. Follow this street until you hit the intersection with Calle Hospital de Mujeres. Turn right onto Calle Hospital de Mujeres and proceed until you arrive at Plaza del Cabildo. The Mirador Plaza del Cabildo is located at the end of this plaza.

If you are near the Gran Teatro Falla, walk towards the ocean along Calle San Francisco. Continue until you reach the intersection with Calle José del Castillo. Turn left onto Calle José del Castillo and walk straight until you reach the intersection with Calle Hospital de Mujeres. Turn right onto Calle Hospital de Mujeres and continue until you reach Plaza del Cabildo. The Mirador Plaza del Cabildo will be at the end of the plaza.
