From the center of Reelfoot Lake Area, head southeast on Highway 78 S for approximately 12 miles. Take the exit toward TN-21 E/Tiptonville. Continue on TN-21 E for about 6 miles until you reach Tiptonville. Once in Tiptonville, follow signs for Lake Isom National Wildlife Refuge, located on the right side of the road. The refuge address is Tiptonville, TN 38079.
