If you are driving from Tunis, take the A1 highway towards Hammamet. After about 60 km, take the exit towards Nabeul/Kelibia (exit 63). Continue on Route Nationale 1 for approximately 25 km until you reach Kelibia. Follow signs for Port de Kélibia once in Kelibia, which is located on the eastern coast. Parking is available near the port, but it may incur a small fee.

From Tunis, you can take a bus from the Bab El Khadra Bus Station to Kelibia. Buses are frequent, and the journey takes about 1.5 to 2 hours. Once you arrive in Kelibia, you can walk or take a taxi to Port de Kélibia, which is approximately 2 km from the bus station. Taxis may charge around 5-10 Tunisian Dinars for this short distance.

You can also take a train from Tunis to Nabeul. Trains run several times a day, and the journey takes about 1.5 hours. Once at Nabeul station, you will need to take a taxi to Kelibia, which is about 15 km away. The taxi fare should be around 20 Tunisian Dinars. After reaching Kelibia, follow the local signs to Port de Kélibia.
