Getting There

• Car

  If you are driving from the center of Fethiye, head southwest on Cumhuriyet Cad. towards Atatürk Cad. Continue straight onto Ölüdeniz Road for about 13 km. Follow the signs for Ölüdeniz, which will lead you directly to the Blue Lagoon area. There is parking available near the entrance to the lagoon, but be aware that parking fees may apply, typically around 10-20 TL.

• Public Transportation

  From Fethiye, you can take a dolmuş (shared minibus) that runs frequently to Ölüdeniz. The dolmuş departs from the Fethiye bus station and takes about 30 minutes to reach Ölüdeniz. Once you arrive, there will be signs directing you to the Blue Lagoon. The fare is generally around 15 TL. Be sure to check the schedule for the last return trip to Fethiye to avoid being stranded.

• Walking

  If you are already in Ölüdeniz, the Blue Lagoon is about a 20-minute walk from the main beach area. Head towards the northern end of the beach and follow the path that leads you around the cliffs. There are clear signs guiding you to the lagoon, and the scenic walk offers beautiful views of the coastline.

• Bicycle Rental

  For those who enjoy cycling, you can rent a bicycle in Ölüdeniz. There are several rental shops available, and prices typically range from 50-100 TL for a day. Cycle along the coastal road towards the Blue Lagoon, which is approximately a 5 km ride, taking about 15-20 minutes. Be mindful of traffic and pedestrians.
