Getting There

• Car

  If you are traveling by car, head towards Oxford city center. From Berkshire, take the M4 motorway towards London, then merge onto the A34 towards Oxford. Follow the signs for the A420 towards Oxford. As you approach the city, look for signs pointing to the city center. Once in Oxford, follow the signs for Beaumont Street. There is limited on-street parking available, and a nearby car park is the Westgate Shopping Centre parking. Note that parking charges may apply.

Once you arrive at the Oxford city center bus station, it’s a 10-minute walk to Beaumont Street. Follow the signs to the Ashmolean Museum, which is well marked.
