Getting There

• Car

  If you're driving from anywhere in Cornwall, head towards the A30 and take the A39 towards Wadebridge. After Wadebridge, merge onto the A389 and follow signs for the A390. Continue on the A390 until you reach the A38. Take the A38 towards the M5 and then merge onto the M5 northbound. Continue on the M5 until you reach the junction for the M6, then take the M6 north. Follow the signs for the A583 towards Blackpool. Once in Blackpool, follow the signs for the Promenade. The Blackpool Tower is located on the Promenade, FY1 4BJ. Note that there may be parking charges near the tower, typically around £2-£4 per hour.

• Train

  To reach The Blackpool Tower via train, start by taking a train from any station in Cornwall to London Paddington. Once in London, transfer to the London Underground and take the Circle Line or Hammersmith & City Line to London Euston. From Euston, catch a direct train to Blackpool North Station. The journey may take approximately 6-8 hours depending on connections. Upon arrival at Blackpool North, you can either walk (approximately 15 minutes) or take a local bus (the number 1 or 14) towards the Promenade. Alight at the stop nearest to The Blackpool Tower.

• Bus

  For those opting for a bus journey, start at your local bus station in Cornwall and find a service that goes to Exeter or Plymouth. From there, you can catch a National Express or Megabus service that goes directly to Blackpool. The journey may take between 8-10 hours. Once in Blackpool, disembark at the bus station. From the bus station, The Blackpool Tower is a 20-minute walk or you can take a local taxi or bus service towards the Promenade.
