Car
From Loch Lomond & The Trossachs National Park, take the A82 south towards Glasgow. Continue on the A82 for approximately 30 miles until you reach the outskirts of Glasgow. As you approach the city, follow signs for the M8 motorway toward Edinburgh. Merge onto the M8 and stay on it for about 4 miles. Take exit 15 for A8 towards the city center. Continue on the A8 (Great Western Road) until you reach the junction with Gallowgate. Turn right onto Gallowgate and you will find Barras Market at 244 Gallowgate on your right, just a short distance down the road.

To reach Barras Market using public transportation, start by taking the train from Balloch or any nearby station within Loch Lomond & The Trossachs National Park to Glasgow Queen Street Station. Upon arrival at Queen Street, exit the station and walk to the bus stop on George Square. Catch the number 61 or 64 bus towards Shettleston, which will take you directly to the Gallowgate area. Alight at the stop closest to 244 Gallowgate, and Barras Market will be a short walk away.
