Getting There

• Car

  If you're traveling by car from Loch Lomond & The Trossachs National Park, take the A82 road south towards Glasgow. Follow the A82 for approximately 30 miles. Once you reach Glasgow, take the exit for the M8 motorway towards Edinburgh. Follow the M8 and take exit 15 for A803 towards City Centre. Continue on the A803, which turns into George Street, and then turn left onto Trongate. The Britannia Panopticon will be located at 113-117 Trongate, Glasgow G1 5HD. There is street parking available nearby, but make sure to check for any parking charges, which can vary.

• Public Transportation

  For those using public transportation, start by taking a bus from various locations in Loch Lomond & The Trossachs National Park to Glasgow. Buses such as the Citylink or First Bus operate routes from places like Balloch or Callander to Glasgow. Once you arrive at Buchanan Bus Station in Glasgow, exit the station and walk towards the subway station. Take the subway to St Enoch Station. From St Enoch, it’s about a 10-minute walk to the Britannia Panopticon. Head northeast on St Enoch Square, turn right onto Howard Street, and continue straight until you reach Trongate. The venue will be on your right at 113-117 Trongate, Glasgow G1 5HD.

• Train

  Alternatively, you can take a train from Balloch to Glasgow. From Balloch train station, board a train heading to Glasgow Queen Street. The journey takes approximately 50 minutes. Once you arrive at Glasgow Queen Street, exit the station and walk towards George Square, then head south on George Street. Continue on George Street until you reach Trongate. The Britannia Panopticon is located at 113-117 Trongate, Glasgow G1 5HD, about a 15-minute walk from the station.
