As you enter Fishguard, look for signs directing you to Fishguard Fort. You can park at the nearby car park, which is just a short walk to the fort. Please be aware that parking may incur a small fee, typically around £1.50 for a couple of hours.

For those using public transportation, check the local bus services that run to Fishguard. The T5 bus route connects many areas in Pembrokeshire, including St Davids, Haverfordwest, and Tenby. Get off at the Fishguard stop, which is close to the town center. From the bus stop, it is approximately a 15-minute walk to Fishguard Fort. Simply head northwest on West Street, turn right onto the A40, and follow the road until you see signs for the fort.

If you're traveling by train, the nearest station is Fishguard & Goodwick. From the station, you can take a taxi or a local bus to the town center. Alternatively, it's about a 30-minute walk to Fishguard Fort. To walk, exit the station and head towards Goodwick before following the coastal path to Fishguard and continuing until you reach the fort.
