If you are starting from the Shakespeare Centre in the heart of Stratford-upon-Avon, head north on Chapel Lane towards Wood Street. Continue straight onto High Street, where you'll find plenty of shops and cafes. Follow High Street until you reach the roundabout. Take the second exit onto the A3400, which is also known as Birmingham Road. Continue walking for about 25 minutes until you reach the outskirts of Warwick. As you approach Warwick, you will see the castle on your left.

From there, walk towards the castle entrance, which is well signposted. The Castle Dungeon is located within the grounds of Warwick Castle.
