Getting There

• Car

  If you're starting your journey from central Bath, head northeast on Union Street toward George Street. Continue onto Bath Street, then turn right onto North Parade. Take a left onto Great Pulteney Street, and follow it as it becomes Sydney Gardens. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto A4/Lansdown Road. Continue on Lansdown Road for about 1.5 miles, and you will find Beckford's Tower and Museum on your left at Lansdown Rd, Bath BA1 9BH. There is limited parking available nearby.

• Bus

  From Bath city center, make your way to the Bath Bus Station located on Dorchester Street. You can take the number 5 bus heading towards Lansdown. The journey takes about 15 minutes. Get off at the Lansdown Road stop. From there, it’s a short walk to Beckford's Tower and Museum, which is located just a few minutes away on Lansdown Road.

• Walking

  If you're already in the city center of Bath and prefer walking, start on Milsom Street and head northeast toward George Street. Continue straight through the center, take a left onto North Parade and follow it as it turns into Great Pulteney Street. Continue until you reach the roundabout, then take the second exit onto A4/Lansdown Road. Walk along Lansdown Road for approximately 1.5 miles, and you will see Beckford's Tower and Museum on your left.

• Taxi

  For a more direct route, you can hail a taxi from anywhere in Bath. Simply tell the driver to take you to Beckford's Tower and Museum at Lansdown Rd, Bath BA1 9BH. The journey should take around 10-15 minutes depending on traffic.
