Walking
From the entrance of the Apostolic Palace, head south on Via del Vaticano towards the intersection with Viale Vaticano. Continue straight until you reach Piazza San Pietro (St. Peter's Square). Once at the square, exit towards the south side and walk along Via della Conciliazione. After a few minutes, take a left onto Via del Corso. Continue straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach Via del Corso, 437, where the Basilica of SS. Ambrose and Charles is located.
Public Transport
From the Apostolic Palace, walk to the nearest bus stop at Piazza San Pietro. Take bus number 64 in the direction of Termini Station. Ride for about 8 minutes and get off at the stop called 'Venezia'. From there, walk down Via del Corso for approximately 10 minutes. The Basilica of SS. Ambrose and Charles will be on your left at Via del Corso, 437.
Taxi (if needed)
If you prefer to take a taxi, you can find a taxi stand near the entrance of the Apostolic Palace. Inform the driver to take you to 'Via del Corso, 437'. The drive should take around 5 minutes depending on traffic.
