Getting There

Walking
From the main entrance of the Apostolic Palace, head east towards the Via della Conciliazione. Keep walking straight until you reach the end of the street, where you will see the Tiber River. At this point, turn left and follow the riverbank until you reach the Ponte Sant'Angelo (St. Angel Bridge). Cross the bridge and continue straight onto Via di Monte Giordano. After a short walk, turn right onto Corso Vittorio Emanuele II, which will lead you directly to P.za Madama. Palazzo Madama will be on your left.
