Getting There

  • Walking

    From the entrance of the Apostolic Palace, head north towards the Via della Conciliazione. Continue straight until you reach the Tiber River. At the river, turn left and follow the pathway along the river until you reach the Ponte Sant'Angelo. Cross the bridge and continue straight onto Via di Monte Brianzo. After a short walk, take a right onto Via Tomacelli, and then left onto Via del Corso. Follow Via del Corso until you reach Piazza Venezia. From Piazza Venezia, you can catch a bus or continue walking towards Via Cesare Battisti.

  • Bus

    From the Apostolic Palace, walk to the nearest bus stop at Via della Conciliazione. Take bus number 87 towards 'Piazzale Flaminio' and get off at the 'Piazza Venezia' stop. From there, you can either walk or take another bus that goes towards Rocca di Papa. Check local bus schedules for the best route to Via Cesare Battisti, 5.

  • Metro

    From the Apostolic Palace, walk to the nearest Metro station, which is Ottaviano - San Pietro (Line A). Take the metro towards Anagnina and get off at the Termini station. From Termini, transfer to Line B towards Laurentina and get off at the 'Colosseo' station. From there, you can either walk or take a bus to reach Rocca di Papa. Follow the signs for buses going to 'Frascati' or 'Rocca di Papa' and get off at Via Cesare Battisti.
