Getting There

  • Walking

    From the entrance of the Apostolic Palace, exit onto the main street, Via di Porta Sant'Anna. Head south towards the main road, Via della Conciliazione. Once you reach Via della Conciliazione, turn right and continue walking until you reach the Tiber River. Cross the river via the Ponte Sant'Angelo bridge. After crossing, continue straight on Via di Ponte Sant'Angelo until you reach P.za di Pietra. It should be on your left.

  • Public Transport (Bus)

    Exit the Apostolic Palace and head to the nearest bus stop located on Via della Conciliazione. Take bus line 40 towards Termini. After 4 stops, get off at the stop named P.za Cavour. From there, walk straight down Via Cavour until you reach the intersection with Via di Pietra. Turn left on Via di Pietra, and you will find your destination on the right.

  • Public Transport (Metro)

    From the Apostolic Palace, walk to the nearest metro station, Ottaviano - San Pietro. Take Line A (the orange line) towards Anagnina. After 3 stops, get off at the Termini station. Transfer to Line B (the blue line) towards Laurentina. Get off at the next stop, Cavour. Exit the station and walk straight on Via Cavour until you reach Via di Pietra. Turn left onto Via di Pietra, and you will see P.za di Pietra on your right.
