Walking
From the Sistine Chapel, exit the chapel and turn left to head towards the main entrance of the Vatican Museums. Follow the path that leads you out of the Vatican complex and into Viale Vaticano. Continue walking straight along Viale Vaticano until you reach the intersection with Via di Porta Angelica. Turn right onto Via di Porta Angelica, then take the first left onto Via Leone IV. Keep walking straight until you reach Piazza San Pietro. From there, head towards the right side of the square and exit through the colonnade. Once you exit the square, continue straight onto Via della Conciliazione. After about 500 meters, turn left onto Via Archimede. Maria Tours is located at Via Archimede, 28 on your left.

From the Sistine Chapel, exit and walk towards the nearest bus stop at Viale Vaticano. Catch bus number 49 or 982 at the Viale Vaticano stop. Ride the bus for approximately 5 stops and then get off at the stop named 'Piazza Risorgimento'. After exiting the bus, turn left and walk straight down Via Leone IV until you reach Piazza San Pietro. Continue straight along Via della Conciliazione until you reach the intersection with Via Archimede. Turn left onto Via Archimede and Maria Tours will be located at Via Archimede, 28, on your left.
