    From the Sistine Chapel, exit the Vatican Museums and head toward the main entrance. Once you are outside, turn left and walk along Viale Vaticano. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Via Amedeo. Turn right onto Via Amedeo and keep walking straight until you reach Piazza della Libertà. From there, continue on Via Flaminia. After walking for a few minutes, you will see the MAXXI - National Museum of 21st Century Art on your left at Via Guido Reni, 4a.

    From the Sistine Chapel, exit the Vatican Museums and make your way to the nearest bus stop, which is located on Viale Vaticano. Take the bus number 280 toward 'Conca d'Oro'.
