    From the entrance of the Sistine Chapel, exit towards the Vatican Museums courtyard. Once you are in the courtyard, turn right and follow the pathway leading to the exit of the Vatican Museums. After exiting, you will find yourself on Viale Vaticano. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Via Leone IV. At this intersection, turn left onto Via Leone IV. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with Via Venti Settembre. Turn right onto Via Venti Settembre, and you will find the Fountain of Moses a short distance ahead on your left.

    From the Sistine Chapel, walk to the nearest bus stop, which can be found on Viale Vaticano. Board bus number 81 or 492 heading towards 'Termini'. After a short ride of approximately 10 minutes, alight at the 'Venti Settembre' stop. Once you get off, walk a short distance along Via Venti Settembre, and you will see the Fountain of Moses on your left.
