To reach Palazzo Santa Chiara from the Vatican Pinacoteca, exit the Pinacoteca and head towards the Vatican Museums entrance. Once outside, turn right onto Viale Vaticano. Continue walking straight for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with Via di Porta Angelica. Cross the street and continue straight onto Via di San Giovanni in Laterano. After about 300 meters, turn left onto Via di S. Chiara. Follow this street for approximately 200 meters until you see Palazzo Santa Chiara on your right at P.za di S. Chiara, 14.

From the Vatican Pinacoteca, walk to the nearest bus stop at Piazza del Risorgimento, which is about a 10-minute walk. Head back to Viale Vaticano and keep walking until you reach the square.
