From the Vatican Pinacoteca, exit the building and head towards the main entrance of the Vatican Museums. Once outside, turn left and walk down the Viale Vaticano. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Via di Porta Angelica. Turn right onto Via di Porta Angelica and head towards the Tiber River. Cross the river using the nearest pedestrian bridge, the Ponte Sant'Angelo. After crossing the bridge, continue straight onto Corso Vittorio Emanuele II. Follow this road until you reach Piazza Navona. From Piazza Navona, walk towards the north end of the square and take Via Agonale, which will lead you to Via del Teatro Pace. Turn right onto Via del Teatro Pace, and then left onto Salita del Grillo. The Tower of Milizie will be on your left at Salita del Grillo, 37.
