    From the Vatican Pinacoteca, exit the building and head towards the main entrance of the Vatican Museums. Once you are outside, walk towards the nearest bus stop, which is just a short distance from the Vatican Museums. From there, take Bus 87 towards 'Termini' and get off at 'Piazza San Giovanni in Laterano'. After exiting the bus, walk towards the Lateran Baptistery which is located at P.za di S. Giovanni in Laterano, 4. You will see the impressive façade of the baptistery ahead.

    If you prefer to walk, exit the Vatican Pinacoteca and head towards the Vatican City walls. Turn left on Via di Porta Angelica and walk straight down towards the Tiber River. Cross the river via Ponte Sant'Angelo and continue on Via di San Giovanni in Laterano. Follow this road until you reach the Lateran Baptistery at P.za di S. Giovanni in Laterano, 4, which will be on your right-hand side.

    From the Vatican Pinacoteca, make your way to the nearest Metro station, Ottaviano (Line A). Take the Metro towards Anagnina and get off at Termini station. From Termini, transfer to Metro Line B towards Laurentina. Get off at the next stop, 'Colosseo', and exit the station. From there, it is about a 15-minute walk to the Lateran Baptistery. Head southeast on Via dei Fori Imperiali, then turn left onto Via di San Giovanni in Laterano until you reach your destination.
