    From Vatican Pinacoteca, exit the museum and head towards the Vatican Gardens. Walk straight through the gardens until you reach the entrance of St. Peter's Basilica. Continue walking along Via della Conciliazione, which will take you out of Vatican City. As you approach the end of the road, you will see the Castel Sant'Angelo on your left. Cross the bridge over the Tiber River. After crossing, turn right onto Lungotevere Castello and continue walking until you reach Piazza del Popolo. From there, head towards Via del Boccaccio, which will lead you to Museo Borghese.

    Start at Vatican Pinacoteca and walk to the nearest bus stop, located on Via della Conciliazione. Take bus number 62 in the direction of 'Termini'. Get off at the 'Piazza di Spagna' stop. From there, it's a short walk to Museo Borghese. Head to the top of the Spanish Steps and continue straight along Via delle Carrozze until you reach Via del Boccaccio. Turn left and continue until you see Museo Borghese.
