If you are in the Old Quarter of Hanoi, head towards the direction of Hoan Kiem Lake. From the lake, walk along Dinh Tien Hoang Street until you reach the intersection with Hang Tre Street. Turn left onto Hang Tre Street and continue walking for about 5 minutes. You will find Hanoi Backstreet Tours located at 3b P. Hàng Tre, just off the main street.

You can hire a cyclo (a three-wheeled bicycle taxi) from any popular area in the Old Quarter. Just tell the driver '3b P. Hàng Tre' or show them the address. The ride should take around 10 minutes, depending on traffic. The cyclo will drop you off right in front of the Hanoi Backstreet Tours office.

If you prefer public transportation, take bus number 32 or 34 from the nearest bus stop in the Old Quarter. Make sure to check the bus schedule as it may vary.
