From Central Sands, take Highway 73 North toward Stevens Point. Continue on Highway 73 until you reach the intersection with Highway 10. Turn left onto Highway 10 West. Follow Highway 10 for approximately 8 miles, then take the exit for I-39 North toward Stevens Point. Merge onto I-39 North and continue for about 10 miles. Take exit 157 for Wisconsin 66 East toward Stevens Point. After exiting, merge onto Wisconsin 66 East. Continue on this road until you reach the intersection with Division Street. Turn right onto Division Street and follow it as it turns into Strongs Avenue. The Wisconsin State Historical Marker 418: The Historic Southside Railroad Complex will be located at the intersection of Strongs Avenue and Water Street, near the river.

If you are using public transportation, first check the local bus services available in Central Sands. Take a bus heading towards Stevens Point. Once you arrive in Stevens Point, disembark at a stop near downtown. From there, you can either walk or take a local taxi service to the Southside Railroad Complex. The landmark is approximately a 15-minute walk from downtown Stevens Point. Head south on Main Street until you reach Water Street, then turn left. Follow Water Street until you reach the intersection with Strongs Avenue where the marker is located.

From there, you can navigate to I-39's bike-friendly routes towards Stevens Point.
