    From any location within Bighorn National Forest, head towards U.S. Highway 14. If you're near the town of Buffalo, take U.S. Highway 16 west until you reach the intersection with U.S. Highway 14. Turn east onto U.S. Highway 14 and continue for approximately 40 miles. The Cal Taggart Visitor Center is located at 20 U.S. 14, Lovell, WY 82431. Look for the signage indicating the visitor center, which is situated just off the highway. Parking is available on-site.
